The bill provides the FTC with the authority to seek equitable remedies under Section 13(b) of the Federal Trade Commission Act in response to the Supreme Court’s April 2021 that found that the FTC did not have the authority to seek equitable remedies under current law.

Sen. Lee Seeks to Preserve Research Park
