Lee’s bill would prohibitthe use of federal funds to finalize, implement, or enforce the harmful interim rule issued by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), which severely restricts the sale of American-made firearms to international customers. Congressman Mark Green (R-TN) introduced companion legislation in the House of Representatives.
