We miss the strong productivity growth America enjoyed in the mid-twentieth century and the unusually large wage gains it brought.

On January 23, 2017, just three days after he was inaugurated as president, President Trump issued an executive order directing the State Department to develop a plan that would require all foreign nongovernmental organizations funded by the United States to agree, as a condition of their receipt of U.S. funds, to neither perform not actively promote abortion as a method of family planning.

WASHINGTON – Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) issued the following statement Thursday after the Federal Communications Commission voted on the Restoring Internet Freedom notice of proposed rulemaking: “I commend the FCC for taking the first step in returning the Internet to the state of permissionless innovation it thrived under until just two short years ago. Today’s action begins the process of undoing the agency’s 2015 Open Internet Order, which upended the decades-old bipartisan consensus that consumers – not government regulators – should control the information superhighway.”
